Henkels & McCoy Group, Inc., Established as New Parent Holding Company of Henkels & McCoy, Inc., as well as for Recently Formed HMI Services, Inc., and H&M Shared Services, Inc.

Roderick Henkels, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, announces the formation of Henkels & McCoy Group, Inc., as the new parent holding company of Henkels & McCoy, Inc., and recently formed HMI Services, Inc., and H&M Shared Services, Inc. The formation of the holding company was conducted to enable future growth and to better serve our utility infrastructure customers nationally. HMI Services, through its subsidiary companies HMI Technical Solutions and HMI Communications, will provide solutions for our customers in new and expanding geographic markets throughout the United States.
